The wrecker is produced by our company with tow body ST80 installed onto SINOTRUCK’s type II chassis .
The tow body is made up of sub-frame, boom rotator, boom, under-lift, outriggers and toolbox. In addition, it is prepared with many kinds of working accessories. All working actions are fully hydraulic controlled, and each function of the wrecker, such as elevation, extension, pulling, lifting and rotation, can be controlled from the Control Station located in compartments of both sides of the body.

Function of Every Part:
The tow body is made up of sub-frame, under-lift, boom, boom rotary device, outriggers and toolbox.
(a) Sub-frame is the foundation for every tow body parts. The weight of tow body could be equally distributed to sub-frame, which improved the force bearing condition of chassis. It transfers the load to outriggers while lifting.
(b)Under-lift is main assembly for towing work, which is used for lifting and towing damaged vehicle. It can fold, lift, incline, extend and retract through extension and retraction of hydraulic cylinders.
(c)Outriggers include front outriggers and rear outriggers. The main function is to improve the stability of wrecker and avoid overloading of tires when the wrecker lifts and pulls damaged vehicles. The outrigger could be flatly and vertically extended and retracted to adapt to different ground condition.
(d) Toolboxes are located at right side and left side of wrecker body, which are used for store parts and accessories. Control handles are installed in rear toolboxes of wrecker body.
(e) Central swivel connector is for connecting oil pipeline, air pipeline and circuit of upper body to lower body. It is made up of outer coat, swivel assembly, electrical conductive ring and seals. Swivel assembly is connected with sub-frame. The hydraulic oil flows through the inner oil pipe into the oil groove of external swivel assembly, and then it flows through the oil hole of outer coat into every part of upper body.
(f)Boom rotary device is installed at center of rotation platform. It consists of central rotary motor, hydraulic controlled brake and speed reducer. The pressure oil from gear pump drives the motor to turn around. After the turning speed is reduced and the torque is increased, the turning of motor leads to the running of rotary support. And the rotary support drives boom to turn around. The outer ring of rotary support is connected with turning parts and the inner ring is connected with base plate of sub-frame.
(g)Boom assembly is for lifting damaged vehicle. It is installed at the base of rotation platform. It can lifts, extends, retracts and rotates 360°. Two individual winches are installed at the front of boom. The winch is planetary gearing. The damaged vehicle could be lifted, pulled, turned over by the boom cooperated with winches.
(h)Flyer is the support to light bar. The light bar is over it and the low level light bars can warn people and vehicles, also the flyer makes a protection to the cab from rear crash.
(i)The accessories are the tools to help the wrecker finish rescue work. They fit to many kinds of vehicle including minibus and some other cars in different methods,.
